TL;DR

This short version of the Rules is merely an abstraction of the full list of rules laid out below, and therefore should not be taken with absolute authority. For a full list of rules scroll further below.

• Don't cheat on The Core's competitive features.
• Don't break Discord's Community Guidelines and the Law through The Core.
• Do not exploit any bugs within The Core for the purposes of abuse, cheating, competitive advantage or the disruption of The Core's services of any kind.

1. Conditions

These Usage Rules apply in:

• Any Discord server where The Core is present and you do anything inside said server.
• Your DMs with The Core.

2. Rules

• Do not use bots or programs to automate lava shard gains in any way.
  • For all Text lava shard gains, do not automatically send messages to gain lava shards without any user input. You are also not allowed to use macros to achieve the same goal.
  • For Relations, do not automate messages, hugs, kisses or other periodic events with programs, bots or macros.
  • Do not use bots or programs to automatically give yourself or your current server an advantage in The Core's Global or Server vs Server leaderboards.
• Do not use alternate accounts to gain a benefit within The Core's features in Global or Server vs Server leaderboards.
  • For Relations, using alts to farm high relations, competitive married friendship levels and lava shards is not allowed.
  • For Voice, do not grow lava shards by simply staying in a voice chat filled with other alt accounts, unless that (those) alt account(s) serve a functional purpose, such as sharing a screen or communicating better.
  • Do not text with your own alt for the benefit of getting lava shards.
  • Do not compete in Global and Server vs Server leaderboards in The Bane of Adolebia, if you play with multiple accounts at once.
• Do not break Discord's Community Guidelines through The Core.
• Do not break the law through The Core.
• Do not exploit any bugs within The Core to abuse pings.
• Do not utilize exploits or bugs (any unintended behavior) for an advantage or for the purposes of damaging the functionality and services of The Core.
• The owner of the bot (Hellession) reserves the right to restrict, punish or ban usage of the bot for any reason at his own discretion.

3. Punishments

The owner of the bot Hellession may act upon a rule violation on a case by case basis. Punishments are handed out based on the severity of the violation.

Any or multiple of these punishments may be handed out:

• A ban from Global or Server vs Server leaderboards.
• A ban from gaining any more lava shards on Global or Server vs Server leaderboards.
• Owner-mandated leave from the server.
• The Core will automatically leave the specific Discord server and not let itself be invited into it.
• The user will lose the ability to use any commands or features of The Core.
• A ban from using specific features of The Core.
• Hellession reserves the right to use a punishment not listed here.

4. Appeals

If you wish to appeal a moderation decision on The Core, reach out to Hellession on Discord or send an email to discuss@hellession.com.

5. Responsibility

The Core Discord bot and its owner are not responsible for the users of the bot, what they do and what they say. It holds no power over what ultimately happens in the Discord servers it is in and is not complicit in anything potentially dangerous taking place. If the usage of the Discord bot is simply transformative, aka, the Discord bot merely communicates what the users do (e.g. the Communicator feature in The Bane of Adolebia), The Core is not liable for the contents of those messages.
